My high school math teacher is like this. First time in her class was hell. She's very strict and old school. I thought I was in one hell of a term(I also hate math with passion, fail every year lol)
The second time however, she become so nice. She's also very understanding. She knew that I don't interest in math at all and pretend to look other way when I doodling in class.
Math class become my favorite class that term. She also help me get through my fail exam. I miss her so much but don't have guts to face her again, if she find out that I draw some fetish art and comic for a living, would break her heart.
